Rhoda+Co Career Mastermind bring a small group of Gen Z and Millennials together to work through their real career challenges and opportunities. You’ll learn from Rhoda—and from one another—bringing different experiences, perspectives and ideas to the table.

What are your strengths and potential that you may not recognize in yourself? What do other people see in you that you have trouble seeing?

Confidence. Fear. Comparison. Perfectionism. Uncertainty. What keeps you from moving forward even when you know you want something more?
Getting hired
What if you're applying for jobs and getting nowhere? Why aren't you getting interviews or offers? Are you going after the right opportunities? How can you stand out, build relationships, tell your story, network, use AI effectively and become a stronger interviewer? And how do you keep going when you're being rejected or ghosted?
Making the move
How do you make decisions, take risks, pursue opportunities and move from thinking about something to actually doing it?
Getting better at work
How do you deal with bosses and coworkers, communicate effectively, receive feedback, handle conflict, strengthen your EQ and learn to manage up?
Advocating for yourself
How do you make your work visible, ask for what you need, talk about compensation, pursue a promotion and make sure your contributions are recognized?

Each member identifies what they want to change, accomplish or understand over the next four months.
Rhoda introduces focused ideas and questions, but this is not a class or a fixed curriculum.
Members bring the real decisions, challenges and opportunities they are facing.
The group thinks together, challenges assumptions, shares perspectives and helps each person decide what to do next.
Commitments and accountability carry the work forward from one session to the next.

Rhoda is not simply the facilitator but a coach, mentor, experienced executive leader, challenger, connector and talent-spotter. She will help members see and actualize strengths and possibilities that may not have seemed possible just weeks earlier.
