What is a Rhoda+Co Career Mastermind?

Rhoda+Co Career Masterminds are cohorts of 6–8 Gen Z and Millennials who, with Rhoda’s leadership and guidance, tackle real career challenges, share ideas and help each other succeed. They’re for those who want to get hired, figure out what’s next, are ready for more in their current jobs and want the support of a terrific group of peers.

Seeing what others see in you
What are your strengths and potential that you may not recognize in yourself? What do other people see in you that you have trouble seeing?

What's getting in your way?
Confidence. Fear. Comparison. Perfectionism. Uncertainty. What keeps you from moving forward even when you know you want something more?

 

Getting hired
What if you're applying for jobs and getting nowhere? Why aren't you getting interviews or offers? Are you going after the right opportunities? How can you stand out, build relationships, tell your story, network, use AI effectively and become a stronger interviewer? And how do you keep going when you're being rejected or ghosted?

 

Making the move
How do you make decisions, take risks, pursue opportunities and move from thinking about something to actually doing it?

 

Getting better at work
How do you deal with bosses and coworkers, communicate effectively, receive feedback, handle conflict, strengthen your EQ and learn to manage up?

 

Advocating for yourself
How do you make your work visible, ask for what you need, talk about compensation, pursue a promotion and make sure your contributions are recognized?

Thinking bigger
What possibilities aren't you considering? Where could your career go? What does leadership look like for you? What might you be capable of that you haven't imagined yet?

 

Handling change and setbacks
What happens when you're rejected, laid off, make a mistake, don't get the opportunity you wanted or things simply don't go according to plan?

 

Building a career, not just getting a job
How do the choices you're making now connect to the career and life you want to build over time?

 WHAT WE'LL EXPLORE 

Members should see themselves differently, make stronger decisions, take meaningful action, and leave with greater confidence, agency and clarity about the career they are building.

 THE GOAL

  • 6–8 people

  • 60-minute online sessions

  • Twice a month

  • 4 months

  • 8 sessions

  • Plus, two 30-minute individual coaching sessions with Rhoda to use during the four months.

  • Cost: $ 1,000 per person

Where am I now —
and where do I want to go?

  • Each member identifies what they want to change, accomplish, or understand over the next four months.

  • Rhoda introduces focused ideas and questions, but this is not a class or a fixed curriculum.

  • Members bring the real decisions, challenges,s and opportunities they are facing.

  • The group thinks together, challenges assumptions, shares perspectives, and helps each person decide what to do next.

  • Commitments and accountability carry the work forward from one session to the next.
