Meet Rhoda
For Rhoda, coaching and mentoring isn’t a job. It’s a calling. Rhoda Weisman is a Los Angeles–based career coach, mentor, and executive leader who has spent more than three decades helping people discover their strengths, build confidence, and create meaningful careers.
Over the course of her career, Rhoda has coached more than 5,000 professionals and leaders across five continents. Her coaching has spanned individuals and organizations, and she has helped place more than 500 job-seekers into meaningful career opportunities.Whether she’s working with someone seeking their first job, changing careers, or deepening their leadership, Rhoda has a unique ability to see beyond the “surface” to the “essence”—recognizing strengths and potential people may not yet see in themselves.

She saw enormous potential in me and made it her mission to make sure I saw it as well.”Throughout her career, Rhoda has been at the forefront of leadership development and organizational innovation. She served as Chief Creative Officer at Hillel International, was the founding Executive Director of the Professional Leaders Project, and served as Dean of the AJU Graduate School for Nonprofit Management, where she reimagined the curriculum and faculty to prepare the next generation of nonprofit leaders.
With her company, Rhoda+Co, she spent 15 years as a senior coach and mentor for M², and advises leaders at universities, organizations, and companies around the world.Today, alumni of these programs lead organizations across the Jewish community and broader social sector around the globe.
